Michael Cannuscio

Mike Cannuscio and Dick McKinley, principals of Harborside Realty, welcome David Guide to the sales team. 

A long-time resident of Marblehead and Swampscott, David has worked as a real estate sales associate for the past 12 years.  David previously owned and operated Guide’s Harbortown Flowers.  A graduate of Boston University, David is a Vietnam–era Army veteran.   

David has experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales and rentals with specific experience assisting first-time buyers and as the rental director at Carlson GMAC Real Estate.  David holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. 

As an artist focused on oil painting, David is a member of both the Marblehead and Swampscott Arts Associations.  David and his wife Janice raised their three adult children in the area and have spent many years enjoying their second home in the New Hampshire Lakes Region.
