Dick McKinley and Mike Cannuscio, owners of Harborside Realty, are pleased to announce that Dru Slattery has joined Team Nor'Easter at Harborside Realty.

About Dru

Dru, a Sales Associate at Harborside Realty, is a member of Team Nor’easter.  Team Nor’ Easter is comprised of Vern Urlich, a 15+ year real estate veteran, and Matt Dolan, a real estate investor and analyst.  Dru brings to the team significant energy, enthusiasm, time and the ability to lead and win.

Dru graduated from Boston University in 1981.  After college she worked in the Consumer Research field for 20 years taking a short time out as the Director of Courageous Sailing Center in Charlestown.   

A competitive sailor all of her life, Dru’s two greatest sailing accomplishments were winning the U.S. Women’s Sailing Championships and being ranked 4^th in the World and 1^st in the U.S. in Women’s Match Racing.  Dru now races a Sonar in Marblehead out of the Eastern Yacht Club.

Dru is very active with Pleon Yacht Club where she works on the Program Committee, the committee responsible for the day-to-day activities, and the Board of Directors.  Dru co-founded the Junior Sailing Program at the Eastern Yacht Club.  Other volunteer activities include the Bowditch Institute and the Sunday River Ski Club.

Dru lives in Marblehead with her husband, Jack, who runs the North Sails loft, her son Gram, a high school junior, and Bingo, their Goldendoodle.
